COUNTRY MANAGERS

The COUNTRY MANAGERS program is designed to accelerate ZVENIA Mining's reach and impact across the global mining sector. By leveraging the knowledge, networks, and influence of local professionals, we aim to build a highly engaged, country-level representation that drives both community growth and content quality.

Achieve 10,000 platform members by the end of 2025
Recruit one COUNTRY MANAGERS per country (50 countries in the first phase)
Develop a strong, interconnected network of promoters to share knowledge by events, and opportunities

Core Responsibilities

Networking & Representation

# Build connections with local mining professionals and organizations
# Represent ZVENIA Mining at national and regional events
# Participate in weekly coordination meetings with other COUNTRY MANAGERS (FR-EN-ES)

Content Contribution & Validation

# Upload at least one Z-POST per day
# Upload relevant events, webinars, podcasts, and training opportunities
# Validate technical materials

Social Media Promotion

# Actively share ZVENIA content on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter)
# Invite peers to join ZVENIA Mining and participate in the platform
# Engage with other COUNTRY MANAGERS to amplify key messages

Advertising Development

# Identify potential advertisers in your country
# Secure up to 50 ad slots ($100/month each) and manage relationships
